We provide fridge preventive maintenance for household fridges, freezers, office units, display chillers and suitable commercial equipment across Nairobi and its environs. Every visit starts with diagnosis, followed by a clear explanation and quotation before approved work begins.
Signs that you may need this service
Refrigeration problems can develop gradually or appear without warning. Contact us when you notice one or more of the following symptoms. Continuing to operate a struggling appliance can increase electricity use and place other components under unnecessary strain.
- Condenser is heavily covered in dust
- Door seals show wear or gaps
- Drainage repeatedly blocks
- Temperature varies throughout the day
- Fans have become louder over time
- Business equipment has no service record
What our technicians check
A good repair begins with testing, not guesswork. The technician considers the appliance history, visible symptoms, temperature pattern and operating sounds. Depending on the model and fault, the inspection may cover condenser coils and ventilation paths, door seals, hinges and closures, drains and condensate trays, temperature controls and sensors, fan motors and moving parts, electrical terminals and starting components.
We also check whether ventilation, installation, loading or power conditions are contributing to the problem. If a component needs replacement, we identify the correct specification and explain the available repair option before proceeding.

Practical advice before the technician arrives
Keep the appliance connected unless there is a burning smell, electrical tripping, exposed wiring or standing water near electrical parts. Avoid repeatedly switching it on and off. Move highly perishable food to a safe alternative if cooling has already been lost, and leave enough space for the technician to access the sides and rear of the unit.
Have the model label available when possible. It is commonly found inside the fresh-food compartment, behind a drawer, on an inner side wall or at the rear. A clear photo sent by WhatsApp can help with preparation and parts research.
